On April 15, 2025, TUAF hosted an incredibly insightful seminar on carbon emissions at the university, aiming to create a more sustainable campus environment. It was also an opportunity for students and faculty to gain a deeper understanding of how to assess and reduce the environmental impact of our activities.

"This seminar was a chance for us to seriously look at the carbon footprint at TUAF, while also opening up practical paths for a greener future at the university."

We were honored to have Dr. Tobias Matusch from Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences (Germany) share valuable insights about the tools and methods for carbon footprint assessment currently being used at international universities. His presentation not only helped us understand the environmental issue but also sparked ideas for sustainable development here at TUAF.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hồ Ngọc Sơn also delivered an important speech, emphasizing that reducing carbon emissions will contribute to TUAF becoming a "greener" university, as protecting the environment is everyone’s responsibility.

The seminar attracted a large number of international students at TUAF, creating an opportunity for us to discuss and learn about environmental solutions from various cultural perspectives.

As the seminar came to a close, we all felt excited and motivated to continue taking action for a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable learning environment.
