Attending the meeting at Thai Nguyen University, there were Assoc. Prof. Tran Thanh Van - Vice President, Dr. Bui Thi Huong Giang - Vice director of the Department of Science Technology and Foreign Affairs. Attending the meeting at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, there were Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Hung Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Rector of the University, Dr. Duong Van Thao - Head of Science, Technology and International Cooperation Department, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang - Institute of Life Sciences. On the side of Tasmania University was Prof. Ives Stephen William - Head of the Department of Agricultural Economics. From the Vietnam National University of Agriculture side, there was the participation of Assoc. Prof. Pham Van Hung and Dr. Duong Nam Ha - Head of Department - Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Rural Development.
At the meeting, the parties' representatives discussed basic information on the development of training programs and proposed potential cooperation activities such as student exchange and lecturer exchange.
