This program aims to promote academic exchange and strengthen collaboration between Taiwan and partner countries. It offers students the opportunity to study for one semester at the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST), combining agricultural courses with Chinese language learning.

Eligibility:
- Sophomore-level students and above
- Master’s students are also eligible
- Students interested in agricultural studies and Chinese language learning
Academic Requirements:
Participants are required to complete:
- At least 12 credits in the agricultural field
- Chinese language courses scheduled as follows:
- Monday & Friday: 08:10–12:00
- Wednesday: 09:10–12:00 (18 weeks)
- Monday & Thursday evenings: 19:00–20:50 (9 weeks)
Program Benefits:
Selected students will receive:
- Round-trip economy class airfare (up to NTD 20,000)
- Full tuition waiver (including Chinese language courses)
- Monthly stipend of NTD 8,000
- (NTD 4,000 for September and January)
- On-campus dormitory accommodation
- Medical insurance coverage
- Monthly off-campus visits organized by the Office of International Affairs
